Ingredientes

  • 6 Whole Yukon Gold Potatoes (peeled, sliced on a mandoline).
  • 1 cup light cream'
  • 1/2 stick melted sweet cream butter
  • 1/2 cup panko (or plain bread crumbs)
  • 1-1/4 cup shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, cut into small pieces
  • Salt and black pepper , to taste

Direcciones

  1. Using a 10" cast Iron Skillet spray with your favorite cooking spray liberally
  2. Pre Heat Oven 375 F
  3. Slice potatoes using a mandoline
  4. Add them into the skillet, add cream, butter, gently stir, add cheese and bacon pieces, top it off with Panko and place into the Hot Oven.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and potatoes are fork tender.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
  7. We love these with Country Ham Dinner.
