Skillet Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredientes

  • 1 x Recipe of AM Cornbread as seen on side panel of package.
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly oil
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 1 c. Minced celery
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dry sage
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  •     Sea salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Prepare cornbread and set aside to cold while minced vegetables. Finely crumble cornbread with fingertips and add in the spices. In a large skillet saute/fry the onion and celery in the butter till the onions are translucent/soft.
  2. Add in the cornbread mix to the sauteed vegetables. Add in the water using more or possibly less to reach a moist but not soggy mix. Add in the parsley and sea salt to taste and serve.
