• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 4 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
• 1 TBSP cold unsalted butter
