Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Diet margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. Onion -- minced
  • 1 c. Rice, converted white --
  •     Uncook
  • 1 c. Green pepper -- minced
  • 1 c. Celery -- minced
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 8 ounce Can whole tomatoes --
  •     Undrain
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. -- water
  • 3 Tbsp. Bacon bits

Direcciones

  1. Heat the margarine in a heavy skillet. Saute/fry the onion. Stir in the rice, green pepper, celery, chili pwdr, canned tomatoes and salt. Add in the water; bring mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20 min till the liquid is absorbed and the rice is cooked. Garnish with the bacon bits to serve.
