Ingredientes

  • 3 lrg Potatoes
  •     x Reserved potato cooking
  •     Water
  • 3 x 4 tsp. fresh garlic,
  •     Mashed & minced
  • 1/2 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 c. Fat-free mayo

Direcciones

  1. Peel and boil potatoes. Drain (save some of the cooking water), cold, mash with garlic. Fold in lemon juice, then mayo. Mix till well incorporated.
  2. Add in potato-cooking water as need to thin slightly. Refrigeratebefore using.
  3. Makes just under 3 c..
