Ingredientes

  • 3 pound cubed stew meat
  • 4 med. potatoes, quartered
  • 3 onions, quartered
  • 8 carrots, cut in lg. pcs
  • 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 env. dry onion soup mix
  • 4 tbsp. tapioca
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix meat, potatoes, onions and carrots in large casserole or possibly large roaster. Cut up tomatoes and mix with remaining ingredients; pour sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover tightly and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hrs without opening the oven! Makes 8-10 servings.
