- In 3 1/2 or possibly 4-qt slow cooker, combine flour, salt, pepper and beef; mix well. Add in all other ingredients; mix well.
- Cover; cook on LOW setting for 10 to 12 hrs or possibly till carrots and beef are tender. Garnish with oregano.
- 5 (1 2/3-c.) servings
- Kitchen Tips: To clean fresh mushrooms, wipe them with a damp paper towel. Don't immerse them in water. They're very absorbent and will become mushy.
- You can reduce the slow-cooking time for this recipe by starting the cooker on HIGH. Each hour of slow-cooking on HIGH reduces the total cooking time by about one hour.
