Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 slc Day-old bread, cubed
  • 1/4 c. Onion, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Green pepper, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 8 med Carrots, cut in 1 in chunks
  • 8 sm Red potatoes

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, beat egg and lowfat milk. Stir in the bread cubes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Add in the beef and mix well. shape into a round loaf. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Spread ketcup on top of loaf. Arrange carrots around loaf. Peel a strip around the center of each potato; place potatoes over carrots. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW; cover and cook 7-8 hrs longer or possibly till no pink remains in the meat and vegetables are tender.
