This Slow Cooker Beef and Broccolini is the easiest Chinese Take-Out, Fake-Out.

½ cup water ½ cup beef broth ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup oyster sauce ⅛ cup Swerve Sweetener ½ tablespoon sesame oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound beef ½ Tablespoon arrowroot 6 ounces Broccolini , crowns only

In the bowl of the slow cooker, whisk together water, broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic. Place beef into a slow cooker and gently for hours. In a small bowl, whisk together ⅛ cup water and arrowroot. After two ½ hours open the lid to the slow cooker and add the arrowroot water mixture and stir top with the broccolini. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 30 minutes. 3.2.2807

It seems to me that lately I have been cherishing my free time with my family and friends more and more. And really, that’s why I love my slow cooker so much.
