Ingredientes

  • 1-1/2 pounds lean stew meat
  • 3 potatoes (small white)
  • 2 carrots
  • one onion
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • one tablespoon corn starch
  • one bay leaf
  • S & P to taste

Direcciones

  1. Sear the stew meat in olive oil, s & p, transfer to the slow cooker, add cut onion, small potatoes (peeled) peeled and cut carrots, bay leaf, broth, tomato paste, corn starch and stir well, cover, cook on low 4 hours.
  2. We love this stew with biscuits and warm butter.
