I was biting my nails while this apple crisp was slowly cooking. I really wasn’t sure if the crisp would really be crisp.
As I waited patiently or rather impatiently for it to be ready, I just couldn’t wait to dig in. I kid you not, no disappointment here at all. Buttery, crisp and delicious with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
This dessert is also a great crowd pleasing dish. Easy to put together and perfect for that large gathering you will have. Whether it’s Mother’s Day, Dad’s Day, or that outdoor BBQ party you have, everyone will be licking their utensils.
Don’t think that you have to wait for the Autumn, or Winter to indulge in delicious apple recipes.
Come on, what are you waiting for?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
