Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwich – Just 4 ingredients to make these super tender and delicious French dip sandwiches. They cook in the crock pot all day, so dinner is waiting for you! I can’t believe it is back to school time already!  We went yesterday to get my son’s schedule, his locker, and register him for middle school.  What an experience. I remember doing that with my parents! Kind of surreal to be doing it with your own kid; having them figure out how to open their locker, and where to go for each period. He is going to do so well, but I am getting a little nervous for his first day. I think yesterday made him more excited though, so that is good! Back to school is a busy time of year. Trying to get in that new routine, all of the activities starting up again, and just adjusting to homework and everything else. But that is NOT a problem! I love to freeze the leftovers for a couple months, then I can thaw and reheat for an even easier dinner.
