Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
- 3-lb. semi-boneless pork shoulder
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
- 1 c ketchup
- 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c apple cider vinegar
- 2 T hot pepper sauce
- 2 T liquid smoke, I use Colgin Natural Mesquite
- salt and pepper to taste
In slow cooker, arrange pork. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover, cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-6 hours.
Remove pork, reserved juices. Shred pork with 2 forks or cool and pull apart woth fingers.
Stir back into reserved juices in crock pot. Cook on high additional 1-2 hours.
Serve on rolls or buns with creamy slaw.
