Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk, scalded
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2/3 c. minced dates or possibly raisins
  • 3 to 3 1/2 c. rice, cooked

Direcciones

  1. In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover. Cook at medium setting for 2 hrs. Stir after 1 hour. Reduce temperature to keep hot for serving or possibly refrigeratein refrigerator and serve cool. Serve with light cream, if you like.
  2. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
