Slow Cooker Spicy Mac n' Cheese
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups Mexican Taco shredded cheese
- 8 oz. Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 t ground mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hot sauce of your choice
- Croutons
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker; add butter. In a bowl, combine the egg, evaporated milk, soup, milk, cheeses, and ground mustard. Pour over macaroni; stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Cook 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with hot sauce and croutons. Serve.
