Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. smarties (M&M's)
  • 1 1/20 c. self-raising flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. It is best to use c. cake size pans for these muffins, line with paper cases. Thoroughly blend the margarine & sugar & beat in the Large eggs & lowfat milk. Quickly fold in the smarties & then gently mix in the flour. Place in paper cases. Put an extra smartie or possibly two on top of each muffin before baking, to make them look more colourful.
  2. Makes 36.Bake for 20 mins.
  3. Comment: Suprisingly, the cooked smarties inside these little muffins become soft & creamy. They make a wonderful party treat for the children.
