Receta Smoke Salmon Pizza

Smoke Salmon Pizza  Total time: 40 minutes Ingredients: 1 sheet of pizza dough 4 large shallots, thinly sliced 1 tbs olive oil 4oz (120gr) smoked salmon, torn into pieces 1/3 cup sliced green olives 2 – 3 large tomatoes, very thinly sliced 4oz (120gr) sliced goat cheese, cut into smallish pieces 1/2 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp oregano Instructions: Lay the dough out on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Sauté the shallots in olive oil over medium heat until nicely browned. Remove from heat. Arrange the tomato slices on the crust. Spread the shallots evenly over the tomatoes. Top with the smoked salmon, olives and herbs. Arrange the cheese over all. Bake in a preheated oven, 400F (200C) for 12 – 15 minutes, or until crust and top are golden.
