Ingredientes

  • 1 bottle liquid smoke
  • 1 bottle Heinz 57 steak sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 5 briskets
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • Garlic salt

Direcciones

  1. Wash out bottles with water; add in sufficient to have 2 c.. Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt. Marinate raw meat overnight in all ingredients except brown sugar. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hrs. Uncover, take out and slice thinly. Add in brown sugar and salt to liquid.
