- Place sausage on the 4â rack.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn over.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 1 minute.
- Combine ketchup, mustard and hot sauce in a small bowl
- Mix well.
- Cut sausage into 1â pieces.
- Use toothpicks to dip sausage into sauce.
