Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 2 (3 lbs.) smoked pork shoulder butt (boneless)
  • 1 (27 ounce.) can Libby's sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 med. apple, pared & diced
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Place flour in 14 x 20 inch cooking bag. Shake to coat inside. Place pork in bag, close with twist tie and place bag in 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Puncture 6 small slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Remove from oven and open bag. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon over and around pork. Retie bag and bake for 40 min longer.
