Receta Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Smoked salmon is a great item to have on hand anytime, but especially though the holiday/entertaining season. Its price per pound can be rather expensive, but a little can go a long way…especially when paired with eggs.
Although my family loves smoked salmon in mini-frittatas, smoked salmon deviled eggs disappear from the platter faster than I can make them…especially since my discovery of bread and butter pickle relish at my local grocery stores.
Whether you serve them as an appetizer or a side, these deviled eggs can really impress your guests.
Recipe: Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

- 2 oz. +/- smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. +/- rice wine vinegar, to taste
- salt, to taste (if needed)
- Old Bay Seasoning or smoked paprika
Instructions:
Cut hard boiled eggs in half and place all the yolks in a bowl.
Place the egg whites on a tray or plate.
Mash yolks with a fork or blender until they have a similar appearance to fine corn meal.
Add Miracle Whip and blend well.
Stir in chives, relish, salmon, and vinegar.
Taste, add salt and adjust vinegar and/or other ingredients to taste.
Using two spoons, fill egg white cavities with a rounded scoop of yolk filling.
