Receta Smoked Salmon Mousse

Ingredientes

1/2 pound smoked salmon 1/2 pound cream cheese 1/3 c. minced scallions 1/4 c. finely minced fresh dill Juice of 1/2 lemon

Freshly grnd pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin Tabasco sauce to taste 2 tbsp. vodka (plain or possibly lemon flavored)

Direcciones

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender. Blend to a fine puree. Spoon and scrape the mix into a serving dish. Smooth the top. Chill.
2. Serve (cold, not cool) with buttered toast, minced onion and liquid removed capers on the side. Yields about 4 c..
