Ingredientes

  • 2 whl smoked trout - (abt 10 ounce ea)
  • 4 Tbsp. grated fresh horseradish
  •     (or possibly 2 tbspns liquid removed prepared horseradish)
  • 1/4 c. low-fat yogurt liquid removed 1/2 hour
  •     (or possibly 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  •     Sea salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 x apple sliced thin wedges
  • 1 bn watercress thick stems removed,
  •     washed and spun dry

Direcciones

  1. Skin, bone, and divide the trout into four fillets. Mix the horseradish with the yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream. Add in the lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Place a trout fillet on each of four dinner plates. Arrange a spoonful of the horseradish sauce next to the trout. Fan out several apple slices on the side. Garnish with a small bouquet of several sprigs of watercress.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
