Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sourdough starter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, shortening, add in Large eggs, sourdough, vanilla. In another bowl mix flour, baking pwdr, soda, add in chocolate chips. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, let rest 15 min. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Flatten. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 min. Cold slightly before taking off cookie sheet. Makes 4 dozen.
