These Smoky Black Beans Nacho Cheese Grilled Sandwiches are super quick to put together and pack a lot of flavor.

Cook up these smoky black beans or refried beans. Add layers of guacamole, tomato or salsa, beans, nacho cheese and grill!

You can also make Quesadillas the same way. Use less beans in the filling, so the cheese has a chance to heat up and help stick the tortilla. Use gluten-free tortillas to make gf.

Umm hot, smoky, spicy and gooey! And of course, sloppy!
