Ingredientes

  • 1 c. shredded smoked Cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese (4 ounce.)
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese with chives, softened
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash bottled warm pepper sauce
  • Minced walnuts
  • Snipped parsley
  • Assorted crackers

Direcciones

  1. Bring Cheddar and American cheeses to room temperature. In mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and warm pepper sauce on medium speed of electric mixer. Beat in Cheddar and American cheeses. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  2. Shape cheese mix into a ball; garnish with minced walnuts and snipped parsley, pressing lightly over outside of ball. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Chill for 3 to 24 hrs (or possibly seal, label and freeze).
