Ingredientes

  • 180 gr
  • 80 gr
  • 50 gr
  • Red onions 40 gr
  • Cumin 2 gr
  • Fried onions 10 gr
  • Pinenuts Snapper filet
  • Olive oil Fish rice
  • Mixed peppers

Direcciones

  1. Pan sear the fish in olive oil.
  2. Cut the peppers ,tomato, onions diamond shape, then cook in olive oil, cumin and coriander, add a little fish stock, check the seasoning.
  3. Served with fried onions, roasted pinenuts sauce on the fish, sprinkle cumin powder on the rime of the plate, chopped coriander.
