Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt; blend well.
  2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Combine 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in powdered sugar (coat heavily). Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300F for 15 min or possibly till edges are set.
  3. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
