Receta snickerdoodles

Ingredientes

1/2 cup sugar 2 1/2 cup flour 2 teaspoons cream of tarter 1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt 1 stick of real butter 1/2 cup shortning (crisco) 2 large eggs

Direcciones

1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tarter
3. in a large bowl mix butter, shortning, and sugar
4. add in eggs 1 at a time
5. in a smaller bowl mix about 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnommon
6. make 12 small balls of dough
7. line cooking sheets with parchment paper
8. place balls of dough 2 to 3 inches apart on the parchment paper
9. bake the tray 11 -12 minutes (cookies will look raw)
10. take them out to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes
