Snow Ghost Cocoa Cream Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 (9") baked pie shell or possibly crumb crust
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually blend lowfat milk into dry ingredients, stirring till smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring till filling boils; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Carefully press plastic wrap directly onto pie filling. Cold; refrigerate3 to 4 hrs. Garnish with whipped cream.
