Ingredientes

  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp. cool water
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3 egg whites (beaten) reserve egg yolks

Direcciones

  1. Soak gelatin in cool water for 5 min. Then add in boiling water and stir till gelatin is dissolved. Add in sugar and lemon juice and stir till it thickens. Add in beaten egg whites and continue to beat till it is thick sufficient to drop or possibly mold. Chill. Serve with Custard Sauce.
