- Soak gelatin in water for 5 min. Add in boiling water and sugar and stir till dissolved. Add in strained lemon juice and refrigeratetill it begins to harden. Beat egg white till stiff and add in to slightly thickened mix. Beat whole mix till spongy and refrigeratetill solid. Serve with Custard Sauce.
- CUSTARD SAUCE: Beat together yolk, sugar and cornstarch. Add in scalded lowfat milk to egg yolk mix and heat till thickened, stirring all the time. Flavor with vanilla and let cold.
