Receta Soba Noodle And Vegetable Saute

- Boil soba noodles in rapidly boiling salted water for 4-5 min or possibly till just tender.
- Drain immediately and rinse in cool water. Toss in a bowl with the vegetable oil and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat chili oil and sesame oil. Add in onion, garlic, ginger and lime zest and saute/fry for 2 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Add in the sugar snap peas, sesame seeds and yellow pepper and toss for a few min.
- Add in the remaining soy sauce and remove from heat. Cold slightly.
- Add in the vinegar and lime juice to noodles and toss well.
- Combine noodles with hot vegetables.
- Add in green onions and peanuts and toss well Can be served at room temperature along with your favourite grilled fish or possibly chicken.
