1 c. fruit syrup
1 c. lowfat milk

2 c. carbonated water
Ice cream

Direcciones

Blend syrup and lowfat milk in 4 glasses. Fill glasses 2/3 full with carbonated water; stir. Add in a scoop of ice cream; finish with carbonated water.
