%20I%20posting%20this%20picture%20of%20him%20because%20I%20miss%20him!%20It's%20been%20almost%203%20weeks%20since%20I've%20seen%20him!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20these%20cookies%20while%20I%20was%20in%20Maine.%20I%20love%20making%20cookies%20for%20the%20grandkids%20and%20my%20kids!%20This%20recipe%20makes%20a%20lot,%20but%20I%20kept%20hearing%20little%20feet%20running%20through%20the%20kitchen%20when%20I%20had%20my%20back%20turned,%20so%20every%20time%20I%20took%20a%20new%20batch%20out%20of%20the%20oven,%20there%20wasn't%20many%20left%20from%20the%20previous%20batch!%20These%20are%20nice%20and%20soft%20and%20kind%20of%20cakey.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESoft%20and%20Cakey%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Cookies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%20In%20a%20bowl%20whisk%20the%20dry%20ingredients.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20sugar%20into%20shortening.%20Add%20milk%20and%20vanilla%20beat%20until%20fluffy.%20Blend%20in%20egg.%20Then%20add%20dry%20ingredients%20and%20mix%20well.%20Stir%20in%20chips.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDrop%20by%20teaspoon%20onto%20greased%20baking%20sheets%20and%20bake%20for%208-10%20minutes%20for%20chewy%20cookies%20or%2010-13%20minutes%20for%20crispy%20cookies.%20ENJOY!!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
