Ingredientes

  • 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar (divided)
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon cloves

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and 1 c. sugar. Blend in molasses and egg. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Add in to creamed mix. Mix till well blended.
  2. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. Roll balls in remaining sugar. Place on greased cookie sheets. Press flat with a fork. Bake 350 degrees about 10-12 min. (4 dozen)
