Ingredientes

  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 T flour
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Add in chocolate to lowfat milk and heat in double boiler. When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary egg beater 1 minute or possibly till mix is smooth and blended, sift sugar, salt and flour together, add in to large eggs. Pour small amount of chocolate mix over egg mix, stirring vigorously. Return to double boiler and cook 15 min or possibly till mix is thickened, stirring constantly, add in vanilla and cool before using. Makes 2 1/2 cups filling.
