If you love the soft pretzels like they sell in the mall or at the fair, then you will love these gluten free pretzels! They are easy to make and freeze well. If you freeze them just take one out and pop in microwave and you will be on your way to enjoying a tastey treat!

Ingredientes
1 1/3 cup of warm water
1 TBSP yeast
1/3 cup brown sugar (can use coconut crystals if watching glycemic index)
Approximately 5 cups all purpose gluten free flour
2-4 TBSP baking soda
coarse sea salt, to taste
Direcciones
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in brown sugar and flour.
Mix until smooth and elastic.
Use hands to roll out dough into snakes.
I roll mine out on floured plastic mat.
Twist into desired shape and place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper to rise for about 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Fill saucepan with water and pour in baking soda (2 TBSP to each cup of water in saucepan).
Bring soda water to boil.
Place pretzel in boiling water for 15-20 seconds until dough is light yellow in color, do NOT overboil.
Remove from water with slotted spoon and place back on parchement paper that has been salted with sea salt on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle sea salt on pretzel.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes until pretzels are golden brown.
