  • 4 to 6 baking potatoes, depending on size

  1. Prick each potato several times with a fork and wrap with foil. You can also roast them without the foil.
  2. Place in dark enameled roaster with lid and place in solar cooker. The potatoes will be done in about 1.5 to 2 hours.
