Sorbet Club Soda Float
- 8 ounces club soda
- 1 or 2 scoops lemon and or raspberry sorbet
- optional: blueberries, mint sprig
- Pour the club soda into a chilled glass
- Add one or two scoops of sorbet
- Top with blueberries and sprig of mint
- 2 PP per ⅓ cup of sorbet used

It’s the end of a warm Sunday afternoon. We had been out all day. I was thirsty.
But more than just thirsty. I wanted something refreshingly sweet. At that moment, a memory jogged in my mind about all those years mom would make a sherbet punch and put it in a big punch bowl to serve at our holiday events. This kids all loved it because it was so colorful and tasted delicious.
I took that thought and created this adorable cub soda float. You can use sparkling water too, but I had club soda in the pantry and I put it to good use.

So I crawled onto the couch, turned on the TV and relaxed sipping my own Sorbet Club Soda Float.
