Ingredientes

  • 1 x Chicken, whole wash & cut in 4 pcs
  • 5 x Cloves garlic
  • 4 stalk onion leaves cut into small pcs
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt optional
  • 1 tsp Pepper optional
  • 5 x Aleurites Moluccana
  • 250 gm Potatoe chips
  • 100 gm Soun (white noodles),boiled
  • 200 gm Sprout, boiled
  • 2 stalk celery, minced
  •     Soya sauce
  •     Lime, Citrus Aurantium
  •     Shallot, fried
  • 10 x Capsicum Frustescens (very warm pepper),steamed
  • 5 x Capsicum Annum (red chillies),steamed
  • 3 x Aleurites Moluccana
  •     Salt
  •     Vinegar

  1. 1.Boil chicken with 1 1/2 lt water, then leave the (broth) water aside. Fry chicken for a few min, then cut into small pcs. 2.Blend together garlic,ginger,turmeric,aleurites moluccana,pepper and salt. In a wok, heat the oil over high heat and when the oil begins to smoke put all the spices on it till they smell good. 3.Heat the (broth) water,add in all the ingredients from number 2,stir. 4.Add in the chicken into it.Wait till it warm and bubbly. 5.Put the onion leaves. Chiles: Crush all the ingredients.
