Sour Cream Bran Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. shreds of shredded Wheat 'n' Bran cereal (Nabisco)

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter, gradually add in sugar beating well at medium speed. Add in egg, lowfat sour cream and molasses; mix well. Stir in raisins. Combine flour, soda, salt and cereal (shred between fingers); add in to creamed mix, stirring just till moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till done. Makes 16 muffins.
