Receta Sour Cream Broiled Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. hard, ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Squeeze gently to remove juice and seeds. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 min. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread over tomatoes. Broil about 2 min more till tinged a golden brown color. Serves 8.
