Receta Sour Cream Bundt Coffee Cake & Kenwood Chef Kitchen Machine
by Lisa @ Flour Me With Love

The holidays are approaching and I know every home cook would love to have a mixer! Not just any mixer though, how about a Kenwood Chef Kitchen Machine? This little mixer is amazing! I used it for the past month and it has handled all of my recipes without a problem.

The Kenwood Chef Kitchen Machine comes with three mixing tools: the K-beater for making cakes, icings, mashed potatoes; the whisk for whipping up eggs, meringues, batters, and the dough hook for making your favorite dough! It gets it's power from a 750 watt motor that has over six speeds and a pulse option. It has a tilt head, bowl with two handles, bowl seating pad, and one of my favorite things...a splashguard! You can easily add your ingredients to your recipe without having them go everywhere.

I wanted to show you how well it works so I whipped up this scrumptious Sour Cream Bundt Coffee Cake. Believe me, this is one of the best cakes ever. It has a delicious streusel center and then another layer on the top, and the sour cream gives it that perfect tang. You'll definitely want to make this for your holiday guests!

Ingredients are as follows:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 10 inch bundt pan.

Mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon together; set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add the eggs in one at a time, mix in the vanilla.

Add in one cup of flour and mix until incorporated.

Mix in the sour cream then stir in the second cup of flour, the baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Pour half the batter into the prepared pan.

Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture onto the batter.

Spread the remaining batter on top of the streusel.

Sprinkle the remaining streusel on top.

Bake 45-50 minutes; until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes, remove from the pan, slice, serve, and enjoy!
