Sour Cream Cabbage Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 c. cut-up cabbage
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 can cream of celery or possibly cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Boil potatoes till about half done. Put potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Add in salt and pepper. Fold in lowfat sour cream. Fry cabbage in 1/2 stick butter till done. Put on top of potatoes and add in salt and pepper to taste. Brown hamburger and onion and put on top of cabbage. Mix soup with lowfat milk and pour over hamburger. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min.
