Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 3 c. egg noodles, fine or possibly medium
  • 1/2 lb cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 x -8 oz cans tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef in skillet. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Cream together cheeses and lowfat sour cream. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 375 F for 45 min.
  2. Serves 4-6.
