Sour Cream Cheese Cake!!

Ingredientes

  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • In a mixing bowl combine the corn starch, baking powder and sugar. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla and mix well.
  • Crumb Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups fine crumbs – such as vanilla cookies or graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add the fine crumbs and sugar and blend well. Place the crumb mixture in a pie plate and press down to form.
  3. Bake in oven for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes before adding the batter.
  4. When the pie crust is cooled for a few minutes add the batter.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean.
  6. Cool before serving.
