Ingredientes

  • 1 cake compressed or possibly 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 4 T lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 pound salted butter
  • Confectioner's sugar
  • Prune, apricot, or possibly cheese filling (Solo preferred)

Direcciones

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Soften yeast in lowfat sour cream. Add in egg yolk and stir. Work butter and flour like you would pie dough till crumbly. Then add in lowfat sour cream mix and mix well. Place dough on lightly floured cloth and roll with hands till you get a ball. Divide in half. Roll each portion to thickness you like. Cut into rounds with 2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make a dent in each round and place 1 tsp prune, apricot, or possibly cheese filling in each. (I use SOLO filling.) Bake 10 min at 425 degrees. Sprinkle with XXXXX sugar when cool.
