Sour Cream & Potato Bake

Ingredientes

  • 5 med. potatoes
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. grated cheese (of choice)
  • 1/2 c. chives
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Poke potatoes with fork several times. Microwave for 10 min to 20 min, rotating at 5 min (cook longer if necessary). Split potatoes in half scoop out inside and put the potatoes in bowl.Butter skins and place in shallow baking dish. Mix lowfat sour cream, cheese and potatoes. Spoon back into skins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till cheese melts. Serve hot and sprinkle chives and bacon bits as desired.
