Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden brown Cake Mix
  • 1 c. (8 ounce) dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil or possibly Puritan oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 T reserved cake mix
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 c. finely minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put together filling ingredients and set aside. In a large bowl blend cake mix, lowfat sour cream, oil, 1/4 cup sugar, water and large eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 min.Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube or possibly Bundt pan. Sprinkle filling ingredients over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter evenly over filling mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 min till cake springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan. Cool completely.
  2. Blend 1 cup confectioners sugar and 2 tbsp lowfat milk. Drizzle over cake.
